Establishing a B2B rhythm within a B2C organization, with strategy, tactics, and tools, growing revenue 212% year-over-year in an emerging market — during COVID — with a team I built from scratch. Finding the right ingredients, laying the right groundwork, and then setting people free to explore.

In emerging market B2B healthcare tech, I built a B2B revenue team from zero and grew the business 212% year-over-year — during a global pandemic. I owned everything: demand generation, product marketing, partnerships, customer success, and sales. The secret wasn't a playbook. It was people.
